Advertisers on my site

Hello,

I have a tech website running for last 2 months. It has a steady traffic of 100-500 hits per day. I have google Ads on my site and one affiliate program but as expected, i havent earned single dollar in last two months.

My question is how do I get advertisers on my site. Is there some place where I can find advertisers or do I just have to contact people individually.

Any help appreciated

I would like to know what is the general practice. Do we have to spend time in contacting advertisers or is resources like Ad brite common.
