I thought of selling some good domains at good reseller prices from my portfolio. Just a bit of time and effort on these names would yield very good rewards. You get all these at real reseller prices. Listed prices are BIN and you can also make any offers you think they are worth to you.

Then, you can hunt for good takers, mainly, real estate agencies who has URLs related to promoting properties. To get an idea, see the site http://www.advertisehomes.co.uk/ , compared to that, this is a top tld domain. They might even be interested in the name, for example. (You must design a similar layout and hunt for similar prospective buyers.)
2) BuyLands.co.uk - Received and offer for $150, but not confirmed. Any takers at $150 would get this name. Yes, the pricing is a bit high, but it is because there is a current offer.
