question What % of a sale should you charge for NDA?

I have a deal lined up for tomorrow. Crossing my fingers. I gave buyer option for Non-Disclosure Agreement. What percentage should I charge to keep my mouth shut about the sale? And how do you explain why you are charging an NDA fee? Thanks in advance.

debate Is disclosing a domain didn't sell for X a violation of NDA?

Via Twitter earlier today, TheDomains had said the sale price of Talk.Show was not $25k. The apparent buyer chimed in with the actual sale price [$50k], and later asserted to TheDomains that disclosing the price was not some amount is also a violation of NDA...

Why I Won’t Sign a NDA to Help Someone Else

I am regularly asked by industry companies to give them feedback about a new product or service. I am occasionally asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to helping or participating in their testing. While I am generally happy to help and offer my insight, I am not going to sign a...
