Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.
Undeveloped.com, should try and increase its workers if need be.
I have lost 3 sales in a month because the buyers are thinking it's a scam, even one of the web developers of a buyer contacted me, and was saying that he doesn't have enough trust to continue with the sale.
All my domains are pointing with to undeveloped.com
I even closed a sale and paying me it's a problem for close to 3days now.......
Lazlo is great and please you guys should try and assist Simon in his department.
I know it's not easy. But let Ud try.
Thanks
thats weird.
myself and just about everyone here except you finds undev has best/fastest response support... as well as fastest payout.
I've also never heard of buyers thinking its a scam or not having trust. did they say why they think it? I mean is it their name they don't trust... their logo? or the size or color of their font maybe?
I believe they haven't come across the marketplace before.
I even called undeveloped.com thrice (3)times but it on voicemail. I wanted to know if there would be a way, they could to convince each of the buyers..
Show the buyers this: https://uk.trustpilot.com/review/undeveloped.com
And if you want a shock, look at Sedo on Trustpilot - 1 star stuff.

Often if not always when buyers use that word in combination with our brand its because of the communication style of the seller that performs outbound on them. Keep that in mind as well...
This is strange @UndevelopedW
Ok thank-you
But if I am to ask, why is there delay with processing of payment.
I requested for payment via Btc since on Wednesday when the domain was transferred. Till now no show....
Previously it was always faster with Btc.

Please add these changes to your Blog, Twitter or elsewhere so that sellers that don't watch this thread closely know about it. Undeveloped is always improving the UI but I have the impression people only find it out casually.
Have heard something similar from sellers. @Undeveloped should investigate this@Undeveloped should try focus more on checkout pages. I ve seen two sellers talked about their buyers reaching out to them to complain about getting the error "oops" during checkout or during make offer. I m not sure if this is true but if it is, its going to hurt sellers and possibly make them start changing there nameservers away from undeveloped.
And if this is true, i can only imagine how many deals have been lost during that time, cos very few buyers will wanna come back after experiencing such

That's a good point . I think its possible going by the recent discussion I had with @Undeveloped when a buyer refused to pay for one of my domain names. Undeveloped do track payment attempt by buyers. It will be a good feature if implementedI would like to hear more about this too. On a related note, I think it would be beneficial to see the count of visitors who actually go to the checkout page - thus we could calculate the rate of abandonment... For example, if we have a high abandon rate on some of our names perhaps its because the minimum price is too high and we could adjust prices to see if that helps sell more..
