I have had some domain names for many years but I am a newbie. Initially, I didn't set out to to make this a business. Just bought for projects -- or because I thought of a clever, novelty name - many of which I have let expire.
Just this past year and a half I've read up, tried a number of venues, compiled stats and bought with resale values in mind but don't have the time, funds, know-how nor the stomach (I admit it) to do market successfully.
Have some good and bad names - appraisals by estibot and domain index factor collective "values" over $40k but I realize this is meaningless.
I see bulk sales bringing in pennies. I know I'll have t take a bath but don't want to loose my shirt. . Plus I have names I've held for 7 plus years Willing to pay over the going rate commission price if someone knows of a broker who thinks out of the box. Or a referral fee.
Advice? Thanks.
