No idea why they dont use paypal.
I use cc and wouldnt worry about cancellation issues. @Doron Vermaat runs a pretty honest company.

We don't use PayPal for a couple of reasons but I can share that when you pay for your subscription Efty does not store any of your credit card details. These are safely and securely stored with Stripe, our payment processor, and can, of course, be deleted upon canceling your subscription.
