I wonder if just a good looking landing page with a link that directs the potential buyer straight to the registrar Premium Listing or BIN Listing ( etc ) page is enough.

For example zulef.com (I don't know who has it) is listed as a premium domain and the info page is here https://auctions.godaddy.com/trpItemListing.aspx?miid=283922539.
Did you program the contact form yourself ?I take it to the next step and have a contact form which stipulates terms for the purchase of my domains.
Did you program the contact form yourself ?
If so, what language did you use to add this feature ?

I have been testing this in a 3 year timespan with a total of roughly 1500 names, set aside for testing this specific case. Highest conversion was on our own landers with a direct link to a marketplace bin.
Pointing domains directly to the marketplace was about 7% less sales. Using only our own landers + contact info was about 10% less sales.
Once reverted back to landers + button to bin at a trusted marketplace stabilised sales again to the initial level.
Avoiding the usage of a marketplace may spare you some on commission but imo that doesn't make up for the lower number of sales.
Just my experience, not saying any portfolio would give you the same numbers.
