It's a great name and "Cloud" is hot right now. Moreover, the "Cloud" keyword suits the IO extension.
No wonder it sold for $45k, might as well have sold for $100k.

Thanks for clarifying. I wasn't sure of the proper price it sold for since DNSalePrice.com reported two sales of the domain for some reason.Doc.io was $24,600 purchased by Microsoft, currently redirects to Docs.com.
