advice Worth it or not?

Put them up everywhere, more the exposure better the chance of a sale. And yes, create a landing page too.

You could advertise them with a laser across the moon but if the quality of the names is not great you will not get any buyers no matter how many different selling platforms that you use.

Like all things in life it takes a combination of time, patience, study, science and luck.

You have to quickly find what works best for you. Someone with more money than time will operate differently than someone with more time than money. Then you have people who have equal measures of both.

This is a marathon not a sprint so take your time to learn and know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em.
