thank you very much for this request. I haven't got the answerabout Namejet but I think this is a problem for many people and marketplaces: each marketplace seems to have different rules
It took me months to understand the same about Godaddy. My request to Godaddy assistance was the same: who is my client, Godaddy or the buyer. After many many emails and some phone calls one day someone from the staff wrote to me " Thank you for contacting Aftermarket Support. The information below is what you may address your invoice too." and gave me the address of Godaddy headquarters so I suppose my client was Godaddy and the invoices for domain sales hat to be addressed to Godaddy. Clearly they do not reveal information about the buyer, so how can you issue an invoice if you do not know who is the buyer ?. (someone else with different experiences with Godaddy ?
I was just preparing the same request about invoicing for SEDO and also sent a mail this morning to Afternic (I sold a domain with them).
It's funny because often the problem is how to avoid invoicing, but in this case we have the problem to make invoices.

correct invoicing is an interesting subject, I hope in the help of experienced domainers for your request and for different marketplaces too.
