This is a long play. A national policy in Hemp ( CBD ) is still regulated state by state with federal oversight.

I personally feel all of this is too our advantage. It keeps the multi nationals at bay. Most those players will go with brandables anyhow.

State rights will manage the Cannabis and in most cases Cbd and Hemp policys. The only exceptions will be soda and beer companies that with thier 7billion will figure out a way for national play.

Their are 2 major components too cannabis cbd and thc. And 500 minor elements. The idea without research that the Fda would rubber stamp this industry is far reaching. We still have a Republican Senate, that is pulled in all sorts of conservative ways.

Otherwise just a big mess for a time. That includes tons of startups ; dreamers and schemers that will buy domains.

States regulating the industry are no good long term. All federal employees are breaking the law when they use pot. This needs to be federally approved to ensure equal rights all around.

Were selling domains Keith not considering the morality and or corporate policies on cbd and or thc testing.

The more time that the States control the landscape the more domains are sold. Multi nationals will quash the volume of domains sold. Example Med Men @Macdonalds example.

It’s beneficial to the domain industry for pot to be legal across the board. Areas of gray will only complicate matters and keep some folks away from the industry.

* Brinks guy said %10 of the market is legal, that's their market analysis.They are getting into the cash end and B2B in movement of product.

I'd go with thier market data. Too think the other %90 will have too create a startup and brand, that's alot of considerations for a domain purchase. Although multi nationals like Brinks would take a slice big one.
