It all depends on how the end user sees it.
In my opinion without a solid website behind, this domain does not worth more than mid $xxx to a reseller.

well there some good money on this domain for the right end user.
domain worth for a wordpress developer : $1000 to $2500

You are right , but the trademark infringement arises , when someone uses the trademarked word or domain in the same industry to confuse customers by competing with the trademark owner's business.

Fortunately this is no way going to infringe any trademark or copyright , because this is purely used for WordPress services & if someone claims to trademark WP for WordPress , then the Automattic company that owns WordPress will take legal course of action against them.

Anyway these argument seems to be off-topic of my domain appraisal thread.

So guys please provide appraisals if you have any & lets not argue / discuss that deviates from the purpose of this thread

Had to be very competitive in this niche to survive & sustain.
