For clarification: Everyone is allowed to have exactly one free account (or one upgraded Blue Account) on NamePros, and all additional accounts must be upgraded to Gold Accounts.
Note: After reading your comment, I investigated and identified that no gold account was active on either, which violated the policy I outlined above, resulting in the duplicate account being closed.
In the future, it would be helpful if you could use the report link when you see something like this so we can identify with the situation sooner and take appropriate actions.
If I hadn't just happened to be reading this thread, it may have taken a little longer, without a report.
