cooltext.com it's always free, no account signup or free trial needed.

Best to avoid free trials because often you forget to cancel and start getting charged for it. There's also a free trial scam by not sending you email or acknowledgement you even have an account and a free trial so even if you recall it becomes difficult to contact them and cancel, especially of you don't remember the website name!
