Just found out that the man you called ''domain king'' picked up one of my mega crappy domain that I let expire last year. He buy it from GoDaddy expired auctions, because the domain has the original registration date I hand regged that crappy domain! LOL

The name is: fuerzatec.com (spanish non sense domain name HAHAHAHAHA! I totally regret hand regged that name, thats why I let expire it… Now its somebody else crappy domain! ahahahahaha!

I just checked that Mike Mann yesterday just updated the name servers of fuerzatec.com and listed for sale in his domain Marketplace ( domainmarket.com ) for $ 888 USD. <---- Wont sell for that Price! haha!

I just checked the Whois record:

Registrant Street: 9812 Falls Road

Lets correct the first mistake

Mike Mann is NOT the domain king - Rick Schwartz is.

Second thing....

Mike Mann will sell a lot of the domains he buys by reputation alone. People figure if Mike Mann owns it, it has to be good. SO trust me, he can sell your junk and make money doing so

To probe my theory that all the domainers watch my auction threads here on namepros, but nobody bid because they only can afford a Reg Fee

Judging by that name you regged, I don't think this is the reason you get no bids on your auctions

Maybe delete fuerzatec.mx from your account if the name is that bad

I am not sure it is good enough, fuerza is spanish word, but "tec"?
Yes, tec could be tecnologia ("technology"), but "fuerza tecnologia" has no sense in spanish.
Personally I wouldnt reg it, but I didnt google it, maybe there is potential buyer, but for me this domain is reg free.
Well, if all ability of mike mann is just sell, then he could sell everything else, when I was 20 years old I was working in telemarketing, I was selling crap service and I was making low sales not because I couldnt sell, but because I just couldnt sell something useless to someone for big money.

Talking about thier website.. I see there 3 languages, ok spanish it is because of Santo Domingo, but russian?
Could be russian company and I try not to deal with russians.
Anyway, the domain is really crap, the company is also crap.
If mike mann will sell it, it will not make this domain valuable. It still be crap.

Hardly matters if you can approach a company with the exact same name... There are plenty of English-based company names that don't technically make sense, or are intentionally spelled wrong.

OP had a sell-able name here, but didn't put the leg work in to try to make the sale. The fact that Mike Mann scooped it shows that a skilled domainer sees value, and I'm showing you a potential reason why.

Omar is in his own little world of delusion, but I think the rest of us can learn some valuable lessons from this thread:

1) Do your research before buying names.

2) Price your domains realistically, and target solid potential buyers.

3) When you screw up, learn from it and move on.

You say the name is bad... I didn't argue that. I just said that it doesn't matter, if you can sell it to a buyer who sees value in it.

Would I register it? No. Would I try to sell it if I had? Of course.

I think you are reading too much into it, the o.p. @OmarVG was venting and probably second guessing a bit after one of the greats in domaining picked up his dropped domain. He was probably looking for us to agree and instead came across a sea of opinions. That is what namepros is about, you take the good with the bad and the lumps with the praise.

Personally I accepts two lumps with every ounce of praise

Not sure what you mean.. But one can do various things to guess whether there is a potential buyer with deep pockets. It may require some learning experience. Maybe machines can do part of learning in addition to doing all of the computing.
