NOTE: I just noticed they increased the price for the plan I was subscribed to (Growth). I will have to re-evaluate when it comes time for my subscription renewal next year...

Need to have one own website, so that I can have full control over it and I can make sure that it get the ample legitimate targeted traffic.

Did you consider just making your own website? You can make a free (one pager) website with wix for example. Super easy (like 30 mins.) copy paste your domains and leave a email....
