I think you will struggle to sell these
Some pointers for any new domainer, just a guideline, there are obviously exceptions to these rules
- Try and focus on .com names
- Avoid these new GTLD's (club, app etc) - they will generally slowly fade away, except for a few premium names and developed sites, same as with any new extension
- Don't buy .net, org, us as well, they are very difficult to sell
- Dont hand-register names, rather email existing owners to try and find bargains, they are out there if you look hard enough
- Look at expiring/dropping lists for little gems
- Stay away from mixing numbers and letters in domains
- Stay away from trademark names like company names ToyotaCars.com, GoogleAdsense.ME, Microsoft.IM etc
- Try stick to 2 words or less if you can
- In general, shorter is better in most cases, but there are some exceptions
- Focus on a subject/niche that you are familiar with and if you dont, make sure you research and learn about the new niche before buying names
- Spend months reading and researching domains and what makes them valuable before buying any names, it will save you money in the long-run
- Check out namebio.com and dnjournal.com to get an idea of what sells every week
- DO NOT use Valuate, Estibot for domain appraisals, they are worth nothing
- Always make sure there are end-users for your domain before yuu buy it
- If you decide on a brandable, make sure its short, easy to spell and easy to pronounce (passes the radio test)
- Always make sure there is a commercial use the name you buy (even some single 1 word .com names have no use to end-users)
Good luck, hope that helps a little
