I have about 2000 domains give or take ,had much more but keeping the best of the best ,id say retail for my domains are 2000-4000 each ,usually sell min for 800-1200 ,But if someone were to buy the whole portfolio , I would consider a hundred dollars each ,and would not cherry pick anything out b4 the sale there is also a couple llll.com chips and about 50 llll.com in there too,any takers, Great Base for a start up , Busy with other stuff right now and this just eats up too much time 4 me

I disagree with you ,he sounds just like a domainer ,this game is stale,great for a teenager with energy ,can make 10X more money than working a mc,d if he works hard at it ,but unless you have some great one worders ,that parking pays the bills for reg. and if you sell one its all gravy ,then theres no sense in wasting your time,unless your willing to work like an animal on the phones and sell to end users, I did that for two weeks and sold 15k worth of domains. What I thought was luck was just work,I found that that when you really work ,you fall into luck ,its a numbers game ,,,,,But TIME is worth more than anything

I find that domainindex .com gives the best estimate for real potential for a domain name ,in other words ,I find that if they give you a 4600 appraisal for a domain there IS someone out there who will pay that much ,they saved me 3 grand once when I was pricing a domain for afternic, I was gonna price at 600 ,they said it was worth 4600, I made it 3600 buy it now ,,,,SOLD

they give 2 or 3 free appraisals a day for each ip address so save use them sparingly

I have about 300 domains, and if 2000 each it would be simply
600,000
(btw good day dreaming thread though)

I would happily sell all of my portfolio in around 75,000 to 100,000 happily right away.....

a bunch of domain names, is not necessarily, a portfolio


there must be some domains within that group which can liquidated and some that have obvious commercial potential and/or some that are producing revenue.

if you haven't been getting offers on at least 1% of your holdings every year or so, then overall quality may be low.

that being said, i'd consider a really good.... make me wanna sell offer.

imo....

I have got 200+ domains, mostly .coms, 20% are the ones I like and have potential, 30% are good, next 50% are mix of future bets and handregs, brandables. I would take 500 each. So mostly settle for 100k+ figure.

I have now approx. 800 domains, all new gTLDs - I could probably sell like 80% of it for high XXX XXX cash payment, in 2017...which would be nice. Then, I would need to rebuild my portfolio almost from the start, and that would not be so easy. But...money talks.

I have 10domain of .com, .org, .co dictionary domains total estibot value is $950..

It is my not so good English I guess, sorry about that.
Instead of "I could probably sell...." I should write "I would probably sell....", which is what I really mean...If someone would offer me high XXX XXX in 2017, I would sell 80% of my portfolio... Hope that clarifies it
