hi there!
I am selling WebHostingForum.com, since approx 1,5 years I do not have the time any more to take care of it. It used to be a good forum and has approx 8k registered users. when you email them, well a lot of them will come back.
The site is based on vbulletin, the theme if I remember correctly we did our self 3 years ago.
The Site is approx 10 years old.

not sure what you mean with your post. You mean list the registrar? Its EuroDNS, when sold name can be pushed or transfered immediately.....

I know the hosting business a bit, hostgator pays easy $120 per sale in affiliate.

That is correct. Whenever a domain or web site is listed for sale/auction/etc. the registrar it is currently registered at needs to be listed in your post.
