I've never advertised the site, all the traffic is organic.

Zero maintenance. It's just one page of content. It just sits there and gets 8,000 users a month, mostly fresh from Google. Got 2,000 users on New Year's Eve as people were visiting to see the fireworks at Big Ben. My web server crashed at one minute to midnight, so would probably have been a good bit more than that!

The website is a collection of London webcams. The webcams come from TFL (Transport For London). They make them available under their Open Data policy:
