Another thing, .XYZ, are blocked by alot of company firewall and antiviruses, they use to to be used alot by scammers because at one point it was only 1 dollar

Look at what Bike.xyz brought at Namescon. All boats rise if you are dealing in one word .coms so why not .xyz? I know Luxury.xyz would easily fall in the top 150 possible names to have in .xyz so why no offers? I know the backdrop on the domain I do not own it. As I also understand for a period of time 'Swetha' outperformed (combined) Afternic, GD and Dan in sales. That cannot be explained.

If he is behind it there is a registrar just as deep in collusion in my mind. Why else take it to the extreme it has been in noted sales?

Why? Because i don't see Daniel Negari offer me a price for a Premium domain .xyz at 250 $ in 2019 so my opinion Swetha is Swetha

That doesn't mean anything you can get a mobi sale, would that mean mobis are good domains.
Anyways some people think that xyzs are good because of Sweetha so that may have played a role in your sale

I think it's not too hard to see why the person with the largest portfolio of .xyz, with thousands of ultra-premium one-word domains (standard renewal), has sold far more than any other investor.

Also, .xyz domains became associated with trending technologies such as the metaverse and NFTs, it's logical to assume that their value and demand rose during the peak of these trends.

I also notice other patterns in xyz, nothing to do with swetha.
