All of my Dan domains were already listed on Afternic beforehand as a "Make Offer".

After I enabled ADN, almost all my listings are showing "Already Listed (listing failure)" under the Afternic column in my Dan panel. A handful processed as "Active".

What makes some ok and others not in terms of them getting processed properly?

@LaszloSchenk Do you know if there are any plans to offer Afternic Fast Transfer for Dan listings that have Afternic enabled? As it is now, you have to have both a Dan and an Afternic account and keep both up to date if you want to use Dan landers and have Fast Transfer for your names.

No, not at the moment. The Afternic fast transfer is only available if you list your domains directly on Afternic.

In my opinion, DAN has the best backend , but the missing telephone number for potential buyers (buy now landing pages) is a black hole that can be interpreted as a red flag by people who don't know the brand and approach for the first time the domain names market to acquire a name they like. The chat is ok, but l've tried to get some info and waited 25m for the first reply and another 15m to answer my question, another 5m to clarify what l mean for 'whois' visits and another couple of minute to read the incomplete answer and say goodbye. I'm not sure non technical impulse buyers would google about the company, then go through the chat system and wait so long to solve doubts they may have. The "a godaddy brand" may help, but the link redirect to the DAN homepage, this could be another red flag for 'non technical buyers' who are requested to put their cards and personal info into a website they visit for the first time. At least for buyers and buy now landing pages... l think a telephone number that doesn't require several steps to be found... is a must have.

Not sure what the current requirements are, but I believe before at least at least 5 previous sales had to happen on DAN to get the "trusted seller" designation. Let's see if Laszlo can clarify this.

Nothing to do with verification or previous listings by someone else, I fixed it by just deleting the names from my Afternic portfolio and enabling them again in Dan, now they are showing as active listings on ADN in Dan.

Ok, search keyword, let's say drone - filter .com only - min price 0 / max price 149

results 2828 - almost entirely make offer or price request, BINs nowhere to be seen

search drone - .com only - min price 101 / max price 149

results 7 - all BIN

So if you list domains for BIN low XXX what are the chances of anyone seeing them unless they move the min price to 101+ ?

Why is min price 0 when min listing price is 100 ?

Why do the BINs not appear first in the search ?

Could there not be a filter for BIN only, BIN with make offer, make offer etc ?

Someone has listed Ordinals dot com on DAN:

But it's most likely a fake listing because this is a website that's currently in use.

With "ordinals" being a hot term right now and the website acting as a hub for all things related to it, I really doubt the rightful owner would even think of selling the domain.

So to avoid a bad experience for potential buyers, DAN should ask this Howard Hoffman (and I bet this isn't the seller's real name) for proof of domain ownership and remove it if they fail to provide it.
