It happened on 23rd Aug 2022 and this matter lasted almost one month without any process. Masterbucks.com declined my fund withdrawal and disabled the button of fund withdrawal. And I contacted Epik.com and got no further action even if Rob Monster got involved in it for two weeks. All the time I was told in email by management review.

What is wrong with Epik.com? Do you think it is normal to disable fund withdrawal? How can I get back my fund from Epik.com? Thanks for your suggestion.

I was contacted by the BBB directly (the Chief Strategy Officer), and they've prioritized my case to head office. The investigation has already started. But, the more complaints, the better.
That's great! Those complaints are taken much more seriously than trust pilot and can actually lead to charges.

I appeal to the people who got back their money to leave bad reviews for Epik to help those who have not got back their money from Masterbucks and put high pressure to Rob Monster and Brian Royce.

And prevent new people from being taken advantage of.

Perhaps Epiк will pay a premium for the 333rd review on Trustpilot?

Transfered out more to Dynadot this morning.

Would be helpful if a few of my names could sell so I can transfer out more. 🙏🏽

Or perhaps @Dynadot can offer a transfer discount? 😊

While I don't have much funds in Masterbucks, maybe a few dollars, reading all these complaints is extremely concerning.

What frustrates me is nobody is going to use NameLiquidate now. I've made a lot of money sending my dropping domains through there.

That's money I wouldn't have had for renewals otherwise.

Since we can't trust Epik and this silly MB system, there is no point to using NL.

What good is NL if the domain investor community can't trust it? 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'm transferring out all my Epik domains.

Anyone else get their withdraw fee back?
Epik is really a robber, they change the fee and say you agree with it.

I'm surprised that the other big registrars, GoDaddy and Namecheap, aren't trying to entice more folks with extra transfer offers at this time. Perhaps next month we'll see some very enticing transfer options from them-- as well as Dynadot?
Epik may see a mass exodus of domains by the end of the year.

Epik is really a robber, they change the fee and say you agree with it.

Everyone should ask Epik to show evidence that you agreed to the fee BEFORE the transaction, such as them recording that you ticked a box agreeing to the fee, and the amount.

Did any emails setting up the transactions specify the fee?

If they don't have that evidence they have no basis for taking the fee.

Epik just creating fictitious retrospective fees could apply to any of their services - hosting, domain renewals, nameliquidate and so on. Even staff salaries.

Epik have still not filed the long overdue required annual report for their crypto acquisition Amplifyx registered as a company in ireland.

As per the link/info above on late filings, this could lead to Irish Companies House forcing shutdown of Amplifyx, not sure what that would do to any crypto assets or debts they have;

As of today Epik have still not filed the long overdue annual report for their crypto company to the authorities in Ireland where the company is registered - do they have something to hide there?

Interestingly this could be another item giving them an EU presence and making EU laws on consent, fees, regulation etc more easily apply to them.

If they don't file and their crypto company is frozen or shut down, that might mean they lose - or already have lost - the ability to transact in crypto. Not to mention possible criminal cases for registered company directors.

Which rule is "just ignore your customers, and go radio silent"?

Brad
Even if they are having issues with regulatory agencies, it's not acceptable to appear to be ignoring one's customers. Hopefully answers will be soon forthcoming, as Epik tries to keep their current customers and perhaps try to reclaim the ones they lost.

It appears to be another new claim.
... which states: "They are saying I need to stay on the waitlist."

noqueue.jpg

Technically, as per Cambridge Dictionary, wait list is "a list of people who have asked for something, especially a place at a college or in a class, or a ticket for something, that is not immediately available but may be in the future." So, Epik is not using the term "queue" anymore, replacing it with somewhat different term. Should it be understood that the payouts are 100% stopped now?

Besides, Epik doesn't say about your place,
it is not known whether you are moving towards your money.
