@twiki exactly Selling Rate of your portfolio .. my avg price of each name is $2700 - $3000 and have around 2600 names currently, going to add up around 7k more names, so just wanted to see until going to reach that level, mine is 1.65% currently and I wanted to touch to 2.00%

Sorry to hijack your chat with Twiki, but I see you have some good brandable names, so you just register brandable names only or you go with keyword rich names too ? Also I see you get good sales via Brandnic platform, so you list all on them or list on other markeplaces too ? As I never get reply back from brandnic team for names :)

Heyy no worries, I have names listed many places and not just brandables I have a lot word+word, 30% brandables you can say and yes many names with keyword+brandable or short and sweet words which makes sense, like 5 letters and got 100+ 4 letters and I listed them on brandpa, brandnic, brandbucket,

I never had a single sale from Dan, that is amazing as I see a lot of people having good sales, so really strange for me .. but I am havign very good sales on afternic, brandnic, and brandpa

I am increasing around 7-8% every month as I getting the money and I am putting all them back to have good names, so I am not saving a single penny and putting all of them back and I started to have 6-8k usd a month in profit and I have a plan to take it to at least 25k usd a month and then I will be easy to stop and then I will be just adding the names like sold 100 names a year then I will add 100 names and keep the inventory the same numbers and stop adding more, my base target is 25k a month.

I don't have a selling rate that can be computed properly right now.

On one hand I still have a lower value tier with high sales speed exceeding 5%. But everything is fluctuating.

I also have a middle tier but it's wildly different from your names. So I guess it doesn't help much. Probably at 2%. I've also increasing prices a lot during August so... numbers are basically reset.

I also have several non-com tiers that each has distinct STR.

I have a more recent high priced tier too (high 4 to 5-fig) but no completed sales yet, several been sold but all got unpaid so there was no reason to report anything yet. But it's growing steadily and I'm confident in it.

Afternic BIN, hold time 8 months. Drop reg.

(not a Fast Transfer sale so it could be lander based)

not too familiar with afternic.. so we can actually tell if sale came thru setting bin and their partner network by looking if fast transfer? that's nice to know

Example: "Congratulations! Your domain, ___.com, has sold via Afternic's Fast Transfer network for __$."

You get it in the mail.

so this is totally accurate and u can tell based on all yer afternic sales how many were due to setting bin price and this put them in partner network? if so what do u think is %?

With Lease-to-own, please only report the sale at the end of the lease period. This thread has the title "completed domain sales".

Furthermore, you did not include the domain name in your posting.

Congrats anyway.

Fine, As it is in Lease to own so i don't want to display the name. I thought of reporting it because people atleast know the category and somewhat helpful. Anyway if mods feels the post to be removed, feel free to remove it. Hopefully in future, i will report at the end of the leasing period.

Thanks for highlighting, appreciate it!

I'm sorry but I don't buy these reported .xyz super sales anymore. Something is definitely off.

When a market works, it works for everyone. Not just for one seller.

And if you use your brain, you'll find that there can be a couple very different explanations for this.

( Am I the only one thinking this....? )

@twiki, great work you are doing here.

On this subject I disagree with you as I have had to go through .xyz thread to study her acquisitions from 2015 or so.

I read somewhere recently that her .xyz portfolio is over 16k, with this 20 or more sales a month shouldn't be difficult to achieve.

The market is working for her because while she was acquiring meaningful dictionary words, some domain investors were inventing theirs.

I stand to be corrected, please.

Yeah - she is basically the market for quality 1 word domains in this extension (and 2 words) :xf.smile:

That's okay. I also read everything about that including those threads and reports. I don't buy it anymore. I'd love everything to be true, maybe it is, even I can't be certain, but there are so many red flags here that my brain refuses to believe this anymore. It's just my personal perspective. Maybe it's good and I'm wrong and I'd really love to actually be wrong.

Anyway this is my last comment here about this. Let's stick to reporting sales. Apologies to the mod team.

TBH her sales look a lot more believable than the .co domains you sell if being realistic lol..

Solid 1 word .xyz domains that gaming/crypto startups are acquiring from DNgear. Your .co sales are mostly obscure two-word combinations that I always wonder "how did that sell lol"..

I still think its money laundering. The amounts keep getting higher too.
But what do I know....

A person who would intend for money laundering would not keep about 20k domains in their portfolio

Please some respect…

She is owning most of the best keywords of .xyz Success is not a surprise, a result…

Crypto has the money and apparently crypto likes .xyz.

No one in that position would announce sales. Dngear has done an amazing job getting all these top .xyz names before .xyz was a legitimate extension.

I am really proud of the way both @twiki and @DNGear are nailing it... I doubt none ... People only see the result but not the work behind it ... We are more familiar with @twiki since he shares so much with us here .... And intrigued about how Sweta does it ... But I see so many domains selling ... Ah good for us!
The dry spell before this was bad ,,,, Let's celebrate each others success !
And if somebody does false reporting, it's on them!

Sale venue: Squadhelp
Listing type: Premium
Sale price: $3,449
Net Proceeds: $2414.3

Purchase venue: SAV Auction
Hold time: Less than a month.

Sharing some additional info about the sale.

/c/r/u/m/p/l/e being an uncommon word (I might be wrong as English is not my native language) with .io , initially I did not have high hope about it. I just submitted it to SH with Desired Selling Price: $2499, thinking that it would probably be rejected.

But, the name was accepted as a Premium domain with approved selling price of $3249, which got my hope high to list it with a 20% high listing price of $3899 :xf.smile:. Within a few days, the name got a Love It rating in a contest. After some days, it got an offer of $3100, which I rejected and the buyer did not proceed further.

I got the hint that the name must not be that worthless as I initially assumed. I decided to list it $5000+ as at that range SH commission lowers to 25%, which will maximize my proceeds. I filed an appeal to SH for increasing the approved selling price, but they kept it pending.

One fine morning, SH decided to apply the Auto Discount and list it as $3449. As soon as I see the discount, I immediately put the list price back at $3899. But, little did I know the damage has already been done. After 4/5 hours, I got notification that the name was sold with list price of $3449. The buyer must have pressed the BIN at the discount period and paid that time. One day later, I provided the Auth Code and the seller Transferred the domain. 3/4 days later, I received my proceeds from SH and the sale concluded. All these happened within a month of my purchasing the domain.

Overall, I am very happy with the sale as it was my first notable sale in 9 months' domaining period. Before that my highest sale was $50 :xf.frown:. The sale gave all my investment back with some more which is a great incentive for pursuing it in the future.

Why can't people digest success of others? Learn to respect and accept others success, there is no harm in accepting that someone is better then you, let's put ego aside and applaud the achievements...

I haven't seen anyone else with that many top tier "xyz" it's basically a monopoly in her favor, add that to the fact that the extension is mostly for crypto
