Having relatives and friends scattered all over the globe, I am getting an overload of input (some on the record and some off the record).

My intention for this thread is for community members from around the world to post first hand stories and/or links to information sources that, for the most part, should be reliable.

In my community, just outside a major southeastern city, 'assets' have been placed. Only because I have friends in both high and low places have I heard about some of this. At this point it is only some basic medical supplies that should be equally distributed anyway in preparation for a natural emergency (hurricane/wildfire/etc.).

I will start with posting a link to a site with current data that seems to come from an aggregate of sources and hope others will do the same as they come across similar sites/pages.

Because of the 'typhoid Mary' spread-ability of this disease, I feel we may be in for a really large spread globally which will impact the global economy and through extension, retail domain prices.

One thing is for sure...things will get worse before they get better.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Not sure what you're meaning by that, maybe you could explain.

Without going into too much detail, I'll just say that I'm neither pro vax or anti-vax. I use both natural remedies and pharmaceutical products for healing. I've experienced both health benefits and the drawbacks. Like many, I was reticent regarding the efficacy and potential side effects of mnra vaccines, however; after applying a risk/benefit analysis, I made a conscious decision to accept the science. Had no vaccine been made available, I would have resorted to alternative medicine.

I unblock just to read the latest tabloids, lol :xf.laugh::ROFL::xf.laugh:

The tabloids are the MSM.

Here I'll repost the WE LIVE IN A CLOWN WORLD Video
Context: It shows how lost people have become from the satanic mind control and how clownish people have behaved for quite some time now..

Take a gander ....

https://www.bitchute.com/video/NODayj9u18Tv/

Emphasis placed on the final shot where the surgical mask box shows the area marked that they specifically do not protect against viruses/coronaviruses.

A must watch! (It's shorter than a commercial break on your MSM propaganda programs)

More context: It is a well put together clip of the behaviors of many people once the PSY OP went live.

Be well.

I'm probably less keen on getting a vax shot than most people I know - been a long time since I got one. But the evidence and reasoning I most trust to this point, is pointing to it being the best available choice for me and mine when it comes to covid-19. Covid-19 isn't something I care to play the health odds with.

Not sure where you get your data, but the data I see shows that the vax is extremely more dangerous than"Covid" - which has yet to be proven to actually exist, in lieu of whatever the satanic MSM is saying. (Who is funded by Big Pharma)

Vail School Board Flees, Parents Elect New Board, Vote To End Mask Mandate
By Garret LewisApr 27, 2021

Hundreds of parents showed up to the Vail School Board meeting to demand the board make masks optional. The board didn't want to hear it so they walked out of the meeting before it even began. So the parents, under Robert's Rules of Order, voted in a new school board. Then, the new members voted to end the mask requirement in Vail Schools. The old school board members revealed exactly who they are and that includes GOP LD 10 Chairman, Chris King.

Two weeks’ paid sick leave at Walmart could have prevented 7,500 Covid cases, report finds

More than 7,500 Covid-19 infections and 133 deaths could have been prevented if Walmart offered employees two weeks of paid sick leave, according to a report released on Wednesday.

The public health not-for-profit Human Impact Partners calculated the impact that better paid sick leave could have had for employees of Walmart, the largest employer in the US, using findings from the University of Wisconsin that universal sick leave could lead to a nearly 6% reduction in coronavirus infections and deaths for workers in Wisconsin.

Researchers used the US national Covid-19 case rate to determine that at least 125,000 Walmart employees, of which the company says there are nearly 1.6m in the US, contracted Covid-19 between February 2020 and February 2021. The company has not publicly released data detailing how many employees have had the virus.

Millions of honest researchers KNOW that cases mean absolutely nothing in regards to infectious diseases.
Just ask the inventor of the test being used to drum up cases: http://karymullis.net

It is common knowledge in the medical field that when you crank up the amplification of genetic material to 30x or 40x of the PCR test - the false positive rate will indeed inflate "cases" to any number you want!

Deniers beware...this could be coming to a town near you soon...

German Intelligence Puts Coronavirus Deniers Under Surveillance

The country’s domestic intelligence agency says it will create a new department to deal with extremism among conspiracy theorists.

BERLIN — Germany’s domestic intelligence service said on Wednesday that it would surveil members of the increasingly aggressive coronavirus denier movement because they posed a risk of undermining the state.

The movement — fueled in part by wild conspiracy theories — has grown from criticizing coronavirus lockdown measures and hygiene rules to targeting the state itself, its leaders, businesses, the press and globalism, to name a few. Over the past year, demonstrators have attacked police officers, defied civil authorities and in one widely publicized episode scaled the steps of Parliament.

“Our basic democratic order, as well as state institutions such as parliaments and governments, have faced multiple attacks since the beginning of the measures to contain the Covid-19 pandemic,” the Interior Ministry said in a statement confirming that parts of the denier movement would be under observation. The Interior Ministry oversees the intelligence agency, the Office for the Protection of the Constitution.

In announcing the decision to keep tabs on conspiracy theorists, intelligence officials noted the movement’s close ties to extremists like the Reichsbürger, a network of groups that refuse to accept the legitimacy of the modern German state.

QAnon conspiracy theories, and protesters are frequently seen holding signs with anti-Semitic tropes.

Researchers used computer modeling to reveal that one of the three mutations that make variant B.1.351 different from the original SARS-CoV-2 reduces the virus' binding to human cells -- but potentially allows it to escape some antibodies.

The highly infectious SARS-CoV-2 variant that recently emerged in South Africa, known as B.1.351, has scientists wondering how existing COVID-19 vaccines and therapies can be improved to ensure strong protection. Now, researchers reporting in ACS' Journal of Medicinal Chemistry have used computer modeling to reveal that one of the three mutations that make variant B.1.351 different from the original SARS-CoV-2 reduces the virus' binding to human cells -- but potentially allows it to escape some antibodies.

Since the original SARS-CoV-2 was first detected in late 2019, several new variants have emerged, including ones from the U.K., South Africa and Brazil. Because the new variants appear to be more highly transmissible, and thus spread rapidly, many people are worried that they could undermine current vaccines, antibody therapies or natural immunity. Variant B.1.351 bears two mutations (N501Y and E484K) that can enhance binding between the receptor binding domain (RBD) of the coronavirus spike protein and the human ACE2 receptor. However, the third mutation (K417N; a lysine to asparagine mutation at position 417) is puzzling because it eradicates a favorable interaction between the RBD and ACE2. Therefore, Binquan Luan and Tien Huynh from IBM Research wanted to investigate potential benefits of the K417N mutation that could have caused the coronavirus to evolve along this path.

The researchers used molecular dynamics simulations to analyze the consequences of the K417N mutation in variant B.1.351. First, they modeled binding between the original SARS-CoV-2 RBD and ACE2, and between the RBD and CB6, which is a SARS-CoV-2-neutralizing antibody isolated from a recovered COVID-19 patient. They found that the original amino acid, a lysine, at position 417 in the RBD interacted more strongly with CB6 than with ACE2, consistent with the antibody's therapeutic efficacy in animal models. Then, the team modeled binding with the K417N variant, which changes that lysine to an asparagine. Although this mutation reduced the strength of binding between the RBD and ACE2, it decreased the RBD's binding to CB6 and several other human antibodies to a much greater extent. Thus, variant B.1.351 appears to have sacrificed tight binding to ACE2 at this site for the ability to evade the immune system. This information could prove useful to scientists as they work to enhance the protection of current vaccines and therapies, the researchers say.

Were not in this together. Parked around corner and went into local gas station. Caught buddy off guard, he pulls his mask up over his mouth and nose.
Some people just havent figured it out i guess. And whats with some stores, no mask at all because there is a sheet of plexi glass between us.

India Covid: Hospitals overwhelmed as deaths pass 200,000
India has reached the devastating figure of 200,000 coronavirus deaths, with the pressure on many hospitals showing no sign of abating amid a surging second wave.

The real number of fatalities is thought to be far greater, with many not being officially recorded.

Oxygen supplies remain critically low across the country, with the black market the only option for some people.

Crematoriums are operating non-stop, with makeshift pyres in car parks.

There have been at least 300,000 new infections every day in the past week, with more than 360,000 new cases in the past 24 hours on Wednesday. Overall, more than 17.9 million cases have been registered.

What are other countries doing to help?
Foreign aid has started to arrive from the UK and Singapore. Russia, New Zealand and France have pledged to send emergency medical equipment, and even regional rivals Pakistan and China have put aside their differences and promised to help.

On Thursday, the US said it would start delivering supplies worth more than $100m, in addition to individual US states and private companies also readying oxygen, equipment, and supplies for Indian hospital.

However, experts say the aid will only have a limited effect in a nation that has a population of 1.3 billion.

Pfizer/Moderna vaccine protection: 64% at first dose, 94% at second

https://medicalxpress.com/news/2021-04-pfizermoderna-vaccine-dose.html

In a "real-world" study of 417 adults aged 65 or older who got either the Pfizer or Moderna two-dose vaccines, effectiveness in keeping folks out of the hospital with COVID-19 "was 94% among adults who were fully vaccinated and 64% among adults who were partially vaccinated," the researchers found.

"The take-home is that two doses are clearly better than one. Skipping the second dose can mean life or death. It's just not worth it," said Dr. Robert Glatter, an emergency medicine physician at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City.

"While it's not uncommon to experience malaise, slight fatigue or arm discomfort after having the first vaccine, it should not be a reason to forgo the second vaccine," Glatter added. "These are signs that the vaccine is working and your immune system is responding appropriately."

However, the new data arrives just days after media reports of a troubling trend: Nearly one in 10 (8%) of Americans who got their first dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines are not returning for their second shot.

"I'm very worried, because you need that second dose," Dr. Paul Offit, a professor at the University of Pennsylvania and a member of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's vaccine advisory panel, told The New York Times.

Compared with the two-dose regimen, a single shot triggers a weaker immune response and may leave some people more susceptible to dangerous virus variants. That seems to be borne out by the new study, which was led by Dr. Mark Tenforde, of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's COVID-19 Response Team.

The new study was published April 28 in the CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report.

High Heat Disarms Sars-Cov-2 In Less Than A Second

Applying heat to neutralize COVID-19 has been demonstrated before, but in previous studies researchers applied temperatures from one to 20 minutes. This length of time is not a practical solution, as applying heat for a long period of time is both difficult and costly.

Arum Han, professor in the electrical and computer engineering department at Texas A&M University, and his team have now demonstrated that heat treatment for less than a second completely inactivates the coronavirus—providing a possible solution to mitigating the ongoing spread of COVID-19, particularly through long-range airborne transmission.

The Medistar Corporation approached leadership and researchers from the College of Engineering in the spring of 2020 to collaborate and explore the possibility of applying heat for a short amount of time to kill COVID-19. Soon after, Han and his team built a system to investigate the feasibility of such a procedure.

Their process works by heating one section of a stainless-steel tube, through which the researchers run the coronavirus-containing solution, to a high temperature and then cooling the section immediately afterward.

This experimental setup allows the coronavirus running through the tube to be heated only for a very short period of time. Through this rapid thermal process, the team found the virus was completely neutralized in a significantly shorter time than previously thought possible. The researchers released initial results within two months of proof-of-concept experiments.

Han says if the solution is heated to nearly 72 degrees Celsius (161 degrees Fahrenheit) for about half a second, it can reduce the virus titer, or quantity of the virus in the solution, by 100,000 times which is sufficient to neutralize the virus and prevent transmission.

“The potential impact is huge,” Han says. “I was curious of how high of temperatures we can apply in how short of a time frame and to see whether we can indeed heat-inactivate the coronavirus with only a very short time. And whether such a temperature-based coronavirus neutralization strategy would work or not from a practical standpoint. The biggest driver was, ‘Can we do something that can mitigate the situation with the coronavirus?'”

Not only is this sub-second heat treatment a more efficient and practical solution to stopping the spread of COVID-19 through the air, but it also allows for the implementation of this method in existing systems, such as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
