I've wanted ID for voting and term limits since BEFORE I could vote. I can still hear my PolSci teacher talking about these things being a problem one day. He was easily retirement age when he taught my 10th grade class so I'm sure he as moved on. It would be interesting to hear his input on lack of ID to cast a vote.

I had to show my ID here. Different states have different laws.

Some states like Pennsylvania I believe you have to show it the first time you vote.

I am fine with most voter ID laws, as long as the IDs are available free of charge...otherwise it is essentially a poll tax.

Mail in ballots don't require an id and signature matching is easily manipulated, hence the push for mail in ballots by democrat lawyers, SoS and Gov.
