Got my second domain sale today! New Orleans + 2 keywords .com for $300.00 to end user. I emailed 28 companies and got a call and closed the deal.

I don't understand who needs this
Typo traffic.
C-B-D (in king, yes with the two hyphens)
$5K
Purchased late March for $500 off an Efty lander.
Buyer came in at $4K about a month before closing. After some back and forth we agreed on 5K - I had not intended to move so soon but considering hyphenated sales and that I had zero other interest in the months since, decided to move it and take the cash.
Transaction closed fast and smooth via Epik Escrow, my first one there and likely more to come. (Initially I had sent the buyer to Dan via imported lead, which I've confidently used before, but they had an issue checking out and I decided to try Epik.)
Glide (dot app)
$8.5K - Dan.com
Premium hand-reg this July for mid $xx
Had it listed at $9600, first offer came in at 5k, countered 8500, accepted.
Joon (dot co)
$2.4K - Dan.com
This was a GD closeout purchase renewed once. Had had an offer for xxx a while ago which I rejected, had some back and forth with that lead that went nowhere. New buyer purchased at BIN.
Hi, congrats on these brilliant sales. what is your portfolio size?
Exactly, %30 Commission but much more exposure and visibility for your names is way better than a lower commission but less visibility IMO.
Additionally, They do not charge any fees for listings or logo designs. And the %30 commission is not for all names, They charge less for names with higher listed prices.
Congratulations! Nice name!!! I am surprised why it wasn't sold faster! Can you please tell how you price your domains? Sure if possible. Do you use appraisal services or you just list them at prices you think is possible to sell? Thanks!Handreg last year jan plus one renewal. Bin sold at afternic.Show attachment 129334
Hello and Assalamo Alaikum,
It’s been just couple of weeks coming to Malaysia and right after relocating, I sold couple of domains and that too within 24 hours. It was really surprising and very satisfying to have 2 domain sales and that too of five figures! Having couple of five figures that quickly is a personal record. Credit to the hard working brokers and Afternic team.
Both of them happened via Afternic.
First sale was of DarkWallet.com which I originally listed for sale at $29,888 BIN both at Sedo and Afternic. Usually all my pricing is same at every marketplace. The buyer came via Afternic broker and initially offered $20,000. However, after going back and forth, we settled for $25,000 gross.
Next sale was definitely surprising which happened after DarkWallet.com sale where the buyer simply hit the BIN and paid $19,888 for it. The domain was BusinessChecking.com
The total acquisition costs for both domains was around $1,000.
Looks like the start of this new journey of moving to Malaysia has started fantastically well and hope it continues to keep ticking up only.
Feel free to comment no matter how good or good that is
He is Pakistani...does it really matter? All domainers are citizens of WorldWideWeb imoCongratulations, glad to see an Indian doing wonderful. All the very best.
Well done my friend.
Do you put BIN on all of your names? If not, what is the reason you put it for the ones with BIN
I've BIN all my domains except the one's which I'm willing to sell for higher prices like over $50,000.
I've seen adding BIN gives more sales. Just try it... Especially at Afternic. Need to have good quantity of domains to get some result and price it reasonable.
Size of your portfolio? I'm only at 240
I own cryptonamy.com nowMaybe the buyer still hasn't changed the nameservers and it was the seller who put the $2500 price on Undeveloped.
I have one very similar to that so here's hopingRentASupercar .com
Purchased this name back in February for $450.
Sold the name on 30th September for $1,600 via a Facebook inbound enquiry so no comms to pay. Net profit of $1,580 after deduction of the $20 Escrow bank transaction fee.
Confirmed sale - funds received yesterday.
The guy will make his money back in about 8 hours of rental, none the less good sale.

Congrats! Nice Sale!
Its Interesting To See This Was An FB Inbound...
Do You Post Your Domains In Groups?
Congratulations!!! I just tried to check this domain with appraisal tool and it showing this domain name is worth nothing! Also keyword tool shows zero results in monthly searches! This sale is showing to us we have to be focused on our own intuition! This name is catchy and someone will want to own it too!

Looking forward to another $1 promo from our beloved registrars!

Congrats!
When Did You Buy Up Those 200 HandRegs?
Great job. But, maybe, you are holding yourself back by waiting for $1 promos? You managed to net over $4K with those, so even if you bought at $5.5 to $8.5, your investment of $1.7K would have made nice return.
What is DLS Network??has sold via Fast Transfer through our DLS Network
appraisal tools are only worth nothing when you're looking for the wrong thing in them.just shows the appraisal tool is worth
NOTHING
I registered them from November last year upto when their promo ended around April this year. I am currently compiling a list of decent unregistered names to handreg. I missed the Epik 5.99 promo but Dynadot has one now as well. As Recons.com said, I am fairly certain similar sell through rate with a lower ROI can be achieved.
Both. IMO scanning expired domains is much more time consuming, while it is much harder to find decent names with keyword tools. It depends on the type of domain that I am looking for. If I have a particular niche in mind, I generally use keyword tools like NameMesh. When you say you are compiling another handreg list, do you come up with keywords using a kw tool or you just browse expireddomains for under the radar gems?
Thank you!
