Has anyone used undeveloped.com to sell domains? They claim to be able to increase a domainers sales by 54%.

Did you contact support and provide details? The error message you mention doesn't seem to be produced on our end since we don't have such a standardized error but we'll look into it.

After more than a month with Undeveloped (63 domains, 600+ monthly views) I've still had no traction and no Dashboard access, which apparently kicks in once you get an offer versus what it says on the Dashboard page (add more domains for access). I'm thinking of switching to another service for two reasons:

1) It's doing nothing for me. I had more success doing my own For Sale pages, but wanted an easier-to-manage experience.
2) They don't change the contact info on your domain when it is sold if you are with GoDaddy. This, to me, is very serious and brings up a lot of privacy and security concerns.

I'm tempted to stay until the much talked about DAN is implemented, but the two issues above really have me concerned and leaning toward trying a different service.

Hi Bruce,

I'd give it more time. Not per se for DAN since our marketplace already outperforms others but more because you have a relatively small portfolio and started using our service recently.

Regarding the dashboard, I've mentioned before that a revamp is underway. Here's a sneak preview of what's coming on that front:

Do note that the above is not a full picture of what's coming and also not final. Based on the feedback we got from the latest product development interviews we'll update and add some elements before deploying.

A highly effective and revenue-boosting addition, one that would be so simple to implement, is adding a "Company Name" field to buyers that submit binding offers.

COMPANY NAME
EMAIL ADDRESS
PHONE NUMBER

This can help sellers avoid negotiating in the dark and extracting maximum value from their domain assets.

63 domains is such a low amount of domains give it time even with thousands you still need to give it time we tried everything and went back to undeveloped best platform we found.

@Undeveloped Yes i agree as we only get the name and ip address we need more details so we can price right and know who we are dealing with !

Is there any way to hide completed/closed transaction from the sales activity in the dashboard?

3. All archived transactions are invoked by clicking on the icon in the sales activity area (second screenshot)

They will show in the dashboard even if they are archived or deleted
Oops... I thought you meant sales activity, not dashboard. Sorry

@Undeveloped You need at least a weekend support to process domains maybe just a saturday until mid day as this is annoying to have to wait till monday to process domains and keep buyers waiting...

Please do add the company name space, but put it hidden optional for reseller sake

Using this format will help in closing deals effectively especially putting company name, I just have to closed a deal today without counter offer as I can't trace the buyer's company for effective negotiation .
