I was interested in selling 8 domains they told me to change nameservers to monitor the interest, after 1 month of "monitoring" I sent them an email and got an answer: "Your names are best suited on our bid inquiry system where we will respond directly to bids and inquiries" (basically: keep your domains parked so we can keep the money your domains make).
Personally I cannot comprehend their way of sorting the worthy/unworthy domains for their auction, I checked namejet and there are a LOT of domains that IMO would not even worth $200.
This just proves how "professional" they are.

I agree there are some very very sub par names but it's the same every year. The whole domain industry is WHO you know and not WHAT you know. I'm not moaning about it, just saying.
