It seems .PRO is slowly coming out of the cage with cheaper reg prices than they were a year ago and major registrars like netsol taking notice of the extension and promoting it.

My friend tried to login in to his 1and1 account, they said, they removed his account because of non payment. But he paid every invoice from them and no pending...He sent an email to support and he got reply from 1and1 staff that his account was removed due to non payment.
Infact, He paid in full.
How can we deal this @Jurgen Wolf

Never heard about such cases and as I know - they even provide the additional 14 days to retry the failed payments (if customer has some issues with CC or PayPal etc.)...

Because 1and1 as of now is one of the major registrars for .PRO, especially regarding transfers...

Various technical bugs and billing issues are traditional at 1and1... but 1and1 is always able to fix or correct them...
At least per my own experience with 1and1 since Dec'2009...
