I come across a very interesting tweet today

Does Twitter allow you to sell/trade twitter names?
IF his follower status was in the xxx,xxx range then that might be a good trade.
So I presume Twitter allows you to sell twitter names. Of course it might be just one big scam. I'd want control of the twitter name before I released any domain. I'd probably want Twitter's approval too.
You're right. This person could end up losing the account. Even worse, Twitter could close it right after a trade! His public offering could have ruined the account!i guess anything is tradable or sellable.. I am sure some do it for gmail accounts... heck some may even do it for weebly addresses or something lol
its odd no one reported this to twitter. it'd probably get taken down in a flash.. plus he may even lose his account??? I don't do twitter.
its one thing to want to sell something like this on some external site somewhere.. a it more hidden.. but to offer it for sale right there??? hmmm
its like putting up an auction on ebay that your selling your ebay user id say.. "bestseller" or something.
good luck with that one. lol

That would actually be a nice grab for you, if he accepted. Twitter handles are very sought after assets. Too bad he posted so publicly though, trading or selling Twitter accounts is against their TOS.I offered a 3 character hyphenated dot com. L-N .com. We'll see.
Nice. I've kept a couple domains+matching socials in my back pocket as well. Always been one of those "when's the right time to unleash these" lol..I have a few domains that I am selling which I am including the exact match twitter handle and gmail.
ha, ive got @neckspeaker there now
No response. Maybe an email collector.I offered a 3 character hyphenated dot com. L-N .com. We'll see.
