Well, I will post this as an OPINION so potentially I wont be banned but most likely I still will. With that being said, if I am banned, you all are awesome and its just sad that a great forum like this will allow some crap like this to go on.

So here is the run down:

The following two users are the very same person:
namepros.com / members / steitieh.48045/
namepros.com / members / dnbank-com.188748/

How I can verify this? Quite simple actually. If you run a who.is search on dnbank.com, you will see the nameservers at trilotns.com. If you run the whois on trilot.com, as used in Steitieh's paypal(pp at trilot.com), you will see it has his name directly listed on the whois.

As well, the sure fire giveaway that I some how did not realize until not, if you look at his signature, he has a link to his facebook( .facebook.com / DnBankCom)

For the love of god this guy could have chose a dozen different ways of doing this. He has been upbidding his OWN auctions rigging prices and it almost worked on me on his listing of eckko.com and was damn close to working on me on pictured.net which would have cost me some serious money.

The admins refuse to do anything about this as the users supposedly supplied two different ID's for two different people supposedly proving they are different. However, the proof is clear as day. As well, I will most likely be banned for this, so thanks for the short time here but I refuse to be ripped off.

*Please excuse the extra slashes, had to add these to post the links.

And, whoola! stands.biz belongs to DNBank according to whois records.

But anyway, it seems resolved by mods....

@Eric Lyon

Actually, since my report about this doubt, i wasn't following any more what's going on anymore until this thread.

But, you mentioned that;

"This situation became suspicious because the domain name DnBank.com and its business model was purchased from @steitieh (who still has a link to the business’s defunct facebook page in his signature from when he owned it). The website for DnBank.com was hosted on Steitieh’s hosting company (NS: TRILOTNS.COM) when he sold it and it still uses his hosting company after @DNBank.com purchased it. In light of all the evidence we’ve gathered, received, and carefully reviewed, there is nothing wrong with @DNBank.com using Steitieh’s hosting company."

Do you have any proof that Rami Steitieh has an hosting company, cos' you don't need to be a company to use custom dns servers.

This is my last question and i won't get interest with this subject any more.

Not a hosting company as in sell to the public - I sell certain people and some I give for free - I own a couple of servers that I sell to locally - Used to have a local company back in 2007 - not anymore - all clients remained in there. DnBank is one of them - he is insisting after this incident to leave my servers and get his own but I am insisting otherwise as we really aren't as most think - he's a legitimate person and doesn't need to buy a server for a couple of sites.

No - Since 2003 - and yes, we're real life friends.... and for MANY years.

LOL SO THE TRUTH COMES OUT. So if you are not the same person, I know damn well you guys bid up each others auctions. This is so wrong its sickening.

But don't you worry steitieh, you are invincible on these forums with that PRO tag apparently. No worries though "friend", all these posts will be hidden once more for you and your "friend" to go on scamming others.

Its quite convenient to just move ns back today even though no content on the dnbank site has changed.

Man! Stop for God's sake!!! Just tell me why did you fucking bid if you're crying now like a little girl?????? WHY?

Anytime I get an auction up and running I invite ALL friends and previous bidders - this is natural - what's unnatural is that after what you've heard from the admins - you're still talking - What do you want?

I want you to stop acting like a little kid and admit to being a scam artist and ripping off innocent users on these forums.

Here's the part from my summary that you may have overlooked:

We made Steitieh send us video proof of him logging into respective accounts (paypal, dynadot, godaddy, email, etc.) and show us that what he claimed was true, with transactions from the past before any of these reports surfaced. Everything checked out and matched up with WHOIS records and completed deals on NamePros.

Many members on NamePros are friends: some in real life and some online only. That does not make them shill bidders.

Eric, I see what you have written that you had a video proof walk through but in the event that I am wrong, along with ALL these other users, the two are at the very least close friends who guess what, continue to bid up and bid up and bid up each others auctions and leave pages and pages of reviews. If this happened on any other site, no matter how big or small, both would be banned and at the VERY LEAST banned from bidding on each others auctions.

He got 11 positive trade reviews on page 1 alone from dnbank. Thats what friends are for

guys guys guys.. you are missing something important here.. why does a person starts an auction, creates another account (or used a friend's account), bump his auctions and spend time on all this stuff, bidding and bumping??? WHY? The only benefit of shill bidding is to increase the ending SALE price! When there is no sale then there is no benefit to the shill bidder. 90% of the time DNBank wins the auctions, what benefit does Rami has from it? Why go through all that only to 'sell' the domain to yourself (or to your friend) and get no benefit, only loss of valuable time pushing the domain to other account, leaving +ve review, faking a paypal payment (also paying fees)... No one is that stupid.

What would you do when you are bidding your auctions up using another account? Your target is to sell the domain to another member and not yourself. If Rami is shill bidding then it's obvious that he isn't achieving his target. He is losing money and precious time. I hope you guys think about it.

@Eric Lyon , is it safe to say that @DNBank.com is no longer permitted to bid on @steitieh 's auctions due the circumstantial evidence of shill bidding and and being admitted personal acquaintances?

While I agree that friends aren't necessarily shill bidders, you don't perhaps think that these deals could've been made, perhaps, over the phone?

It's a Choice we have as it's not against the rules - and yes, he wont be bidding on any of my auctions (probably I wont be putting auctions no more - Just fixed prices and Make offer as in those sections there are no doubts whatsoever)

So to save Eric some time - the answer is YES

So, since my name has been spoken here, i will speak out what i know.

I know Rami since the chat auctions that were done in an effort to help him back then, we got together and have been friends since, we talk often via skype,phone..etc...

I bid in hes auctions and some domains didnt change hands simply because i politely asked to back out on 1 or 2 auctions i won, and another 1 or 2 i couldnt pay for atm, and Rami politely told me to not worry, and thats about it, it was a few occasions hands didnt change simply because i did not think this far and didnt take it 100% serious, at the end this is 100% my fault and Rami would have nothing to do with it as he was simply being nice. There are many domains you can go back and check on that did change hands, in fact most did. But as i said, i didnt watch out, thats my fault, i should have simply purchased every single domain and not ask to back out on a few like i have been told im allowed to do so if seller agrees. This however is alone my mistake and like with the rest of my feedback since i have been here i have done everything to have a 100% clean feedback, I always paid as soon as possible and pushed as soon as possible, i got a bit personal in this case and that will not happen again, to ensure this i have been banned from ramis auctions which sucks because the most of you have NO IDEA how expensive these domains were and what he is letting them go for, but i accept this desicion as i see the obvious judgement others would conclude.

Again: If anyone needs anyone to blame, then put it on me, i wasnt extremly carefull on every step of my action for a few steps, fully my fault, for doing so i was for a longer period of time being investigated and banned from hes auctions, a fair judgement for the fact that I didnt pay attention to my bidding, and BTW, everyone can go check on other auctions, at that time i bid on an extremly large amount of auctions and many who know me can approve of this, i now dont anymore, this has nothing to do with rami, but rather with the fact that i ran out of money to do so, just incase you are wondering.

A word on DNbank.com, Rami told me a while ago he had this domain, and after i asked him if he sold the domain because i kept seeing this name bid in hes auctions he replied saying he sold it to a friend.
This matches with absolutely everything i have seen so far.

Would sure help explain the bidding for learntotrade.net. Trading has been my niche since 1999, it's not even worth a handreg, yet DNBank keeps comin back bidding it up to $50 so far....

Well that's another problem in domaining - You say it's not worth it - I say it is .

You clearly mentioned why did Dnbank bid because of this thread - but you totally ignored asking why did the other bidders BID? and didn't let him win...

@Eric Lyon , per his choice, can we get a staff member to void these auctions as it's unfair to other bidders:

Voiding any binding bid is admitting to the claims - we volunteered willingly that he wont be bidding on any of my auctions from now on if I list any - That doesn't mean any bid was placed previously is void- YET, as another gesture from me, any auction he doesn't win and he joined, I will give the option to the buyer to retract or not (If approved by @Eric Lyon - but yet again, this is my decision to do - we are NOT committing to doing anything wrong whatsoever!

We will allow that to help with any bidders who want to retract their bids from those auctions.

Please make a public notice so that bidders are aware of this. Otherwise, this thread may go unnoticed and the auction continue with invalid bids.

I mean, @Jawed did bid up sKorea.net $100 from @DNBank.com. I think he deserves notice that he may retract his $400 bid. Well, he does now. But, it should be mentioned in the specific threads mentioned.
