Hey nP members,



today I registered the following 3 character .tube domain:

Y0U.TUBE | y0u.tube | http://www.sedo.com/search/details.php4?domain=y0u.tube

This domain name contains of the letter y, the digit 0 and the letter u (so it's not an IDN) while it ends with the new .tube extension.
Currently it's parked via SEDO, at this time I don't know for how much I will sell it (depends on the offer/s) if I will sell it.

I created this thread to ask you these qustions:

• What are your thoughts about this stylish 3 character LNL CHIP .tube domain?
• For what could stand the letter / digit mix 'y0u'?

Why not just go and reg some more repeating 63 character domains that 'no one' will ever buy off you. As long as you keep regging them and renewing them.. at the least, the registers will love you.

I have invested $30 on 20 brandable domains using coupons and deals and for now 13 have been accepted by BrandBucket. There's a better way to invest $30 IMO

Some members are trying to connect hacking / phishing activities with people who register / offer just a simple 3L (LNL) domain (CHIP).
Maybe just because they are frustrated / confused because it's not a .com sry hahaahaaa

Since .tube is available I discovered my love to CHIPS.
I simply like the LNL combo y0u - it looks stylish in my eyes, I like stylish domains.
Especially my toptoptop... .top

If my stylish CHIP looks similar to a 'well known TM' it's really not my problem.
Everybody can buy it from me if he loves it more than I do.

A 0 is a 0 and an o is an o - those 'signs' may have a similar style - but I am not responsible for this becasue I am not the founder of the digits / alphabet and I am allowed to combine a y with a 0 and an u and I am allowed to connect it with my preferred TLD - in this case with the TLD .tube

Not that I advocate this reg, quite the contrary. But Is it likely that Google will even bother with it? The domain y0utube dot com is not only registered to someone other than Google, but it also has malware scripted into it's landing page. (That's why I didn't type it out as a link - visit at your own risk)

It would be because Google sees it's not used as a video 'youtube' website. And Google smart enough to let other companys have their space as long as they dont compete directly.

BUT y0u.tube has no life without sucking off of youtube. If you tube didnt exist y0u.tube would literly be nothing and not regged.
