Virtual Reality Domains (VR)

Spaceship Spaceship

Im betting big bucks on VR domains have a great future and with the big boys buying up VR companies, mainstream is a stones throw away.....

Lots of VR+keyword.com taken years ago and I noticed this sale a week or so back -

VRTechnology.com $3688

This was a steel and I can soon see everything from VRPoker / VRCasinos / VRShopping / VRBrowsing / VRTours / VRWorlds / etc etc....having a high price tag even now at the start of VR hitting mainstream...

I have just paid $x,xxx for a name but will not be showcasing as the domain is in escrow at present....

Feel free to showcase your VR domains If you like...

Cheers

When you guys list your VR domains on Sedo, do you guys put a price on it or just "Make Offer" with no price set?

There for all the veterans say that pricing is better, what happens is that for an emerging technology such as VR in some domains, at least to me, is difficult.

Saludos,
Mario.

I do not mean to correct anyone in this thread. All roads lead to Rome. And in this case my keyword is not the best according to Google .

Google search:

"live sport" 929.000
"live sports" 6.720.000

"sport live" 802.000
"sports live" 9.570.000

Looks like you are correct there. And of course it's 'FoxSports Live" not FoxSport Live". Which is probably why liveVRsport was still available to hand reg last month and live VR sports wasn't, lol.

I tend to make the lower quality and many brand-ables a BIN.200-900
If your target price is above 10k, on sedo, you must have a appraisal to list it so I leave it blank
The rest are domain demand dependent.
I tend to leave it all blank when I don't want to spook off any offer but have been thinking lately that is not really the best approach. You should give the buyer some idea the price range you are seeking in the number of figures anyway.

There is a lot more to know about those search numbers and the problem is, you have few ways to get proper data.

Use search volumes for a general idea of search volumes not to split hairs.
If you are going to try to split hairs than also compare BING and YAHOO.

I can say that in most cases, natural speech is the best rule of thumb.

I will give you a example of problems with trying to split hairs and bad numbers.
I have had VRgoggle.com since 2011,
Google automatically assumes and counts that a search for VR goGGle is a search for VR gOOgle.

I am lucky that I know why the search volume numbers are off but how would you know why on other things? They are not accurate. You must do more research if your money is dependent on it.
If your not sure, don't spilt hairs with it.
