Prime Outsourcing webmaster was contracted to develop mainstream websites for my company at $595 a month. After 3 months I experienced the following;

Went through 4 different webmasters who could not follow instructions and repeatedly made up excuses after excuses.

Prime Outsourcing employees never work six days a week as contracted as they invent multiple public holidays for not working.

Prime Outsourcing webmaster delivered copy n paste STOLEN CONTENT on multiple websites as contracted work.

Prime Outsourcing ignores email communications and ICQ messages when there is a problem.

Because of the stolen copyright content I have received C&D letters in regards and had to suspend and remove multiple sites. I have tried unsuccessfully to get a refund from Prime Outsourcing and am currently pursuing my legal options.

Before I went to the boards I attempted many times to get my epassporte account refunded with no avail.

There were only two(2) employees who worked on your project.

We work six(6) days in a week as advertised in our website. We don't have office work during our country's national holidays like the lenten season, labor day, christmas day, and so on. I think your country has non-working holidays also.

You have instructed our employee to copy and paste texts from Wikipedia and just put the credits at the bottom page.

We don't ignore emails.

As we have mentioned to you. We are still reviewing your refund. There's no need to go to the boards and post threads against us. We just dont give instant refunds, it needs to be check first.

Give us the necessary information that were asking so we can process your refund request faster.

There is nothing to review, I have showed you multiple domains your webmaster sent me with the referring url`s from where the content was stolen from.
The contracted webmaster delivered stolen content and I showed you the proof in multiple emails!
Content was not from Wikipedia as you say.

Shall I start posting the proof here and drill your company further into the ground?
