thanks .tv, not sure what I am going to do with this one. I have been trying to limit the addiction, then you go and post 时尚 dot TV

I usually try and grab .tvs that I think I can/will develop at some point in time, re-seller market doesn't seem to be there for idn.tvs. anyone care to share their views on that.

The reseller's market is difficult for anything other than .coms, and even then a name has to be above average to make a reasonable sale.

I guess the question for me is do .tvs get any traffic, particularly type-in?

my idn.tvs get zero traffic, I think. I believe most of my traffic for my other idns comes via se, not type in (JMO) so I don't expect any type in traffic for an idn.tv. As far as se traffic for my idn.tvs, none. but I think most of the .tvs I have are pretty heavily targeted keywords so I don't expect much. I was just interested to see what the other opinions were of idn.tvs.

I think any good keyword with a relevant extension will be valuable someday, just a question of how long you are willing to wait. For .tvs, anything that works well with that extension (e.g., musicvideos.tv, sports.tv) should have some value. My only question is whether TV is understood in Russia as an acronym for television?

TV is a well known acronym in every part of the world. :imho:

They use ТВ (Russian) as well as TV (English).
