Look up Roche trademark they're literally hundreds by different holders. As long as it's not in the same field as other Roche it's fine without having issues. Ofc do you own due diligence.

Well pretty straight forward it's the word, how many syllables how many characters, the tld and other sales for similar domains. I've been domainer since 2017, so I've acquired some level of skill and gut instinct that is hard to explain in text. But again, someone else may say you're holding the golden ticket I just call it as I see it. I don't get it right all the time, but I try to offer a service to a community I enjoy here.
