ZenCart Update 1.3.7 --> 1.3.8

Hi all,

Need some help updating ZenCart to the latest version. I have tried listing it on freelance sites but am finding it harder and harder to get a reliable programmer.

Essentially it's an upgrade from ZenCart 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 (AKA the last version to the new version).

There are mods installed, I have a list that I can provide if needed. I have all the zip folders too.

So, database needs upgrading along with the template. It needs to look the same as it does now, but updated to the latest version.
