Wanted: Zencart Coder (PHP, HTML, CSS)

I need an experienced Zencart Coder, the template I have is not simple but I can provide a live example (currently in OScommerce) a .PSD and a .HTML version of the template will be provided.

I need it to be both IE and FF friendly (some code I have noticed doesnt show right in one or the other)

I need the template override system to be used, ages ago when I used a coder he modified the core code which became a problem when I needed to upgrade.


PAYMENT:
Here is how I have done the payment for the last 2 template codes, nothing is paid up front everything is done on your servers, once completed I will pay in full the nominated amount, then the files are tranfered to me, I would rather do it this way as I have experienced a few dodgy coders in the past.

Please message me for the example, I am looking for a long term coder to keep my website upto date with the current versions of zencart and small modifications on a regular basis.

what is escrow payment? in this method you deposit full payment in escrow and in this method money only can be released by you and can be canceled only by me so we both are safe this way
