Please vote / leave a comment of what I should realistically be able to sell this domain for. I've had many people ask for it over the years. It is now 8 years old. Looking to sell it.

Do you think people are trying to trick you into selling the domain for less than what you think it's worth?

It's an open and shut case of trademark violation. Anybody who buys it from you will be buying a domain worth little more than the cease and desist order they'll get from google once they start using it.

The email on the whois has KRIMINAL in it lol

Its quite simple we tend to give a $0 to well know trademark domains here.

The reason is, there a chance you or the person you sell it to will get the rug pulled out from them (udrp)

It does not mean you cant sell the name for a profit or find some way to monetize the domain traffic.

Just telling you the facts...if you let it sit there and make you money (which it wont by the way) you are showing bad faith and giving youtube even more reason to come and rip you a new one

Just do whats right and don't make any money off someone else's TM

They can take it from you anyway if they want, they wont have to pay you a cent

Step 1. Check other trademark domain appraisals here.
Step 2. Search "UDRP", "WIPO", & "ACPA" (the last one features fines up to $100k, even if you didn't use the domain).
Step 3. Ask your registrar to delete the domain.
