RapidNames (www.rapidnames.com)
or
RegisterPal (www.registerpal.com)

I'm taking an informal poll. Which of these two names do you like better for an ICANN Accredited Domain Registrar? Please vote with the poll and feel free to post your comments.

Thanks for your advice! :loveyou:

RegisterPal

'Rapid' is not as popular word as 'Pal'. Thanks to PayPal, no doubt..:)

Also 'register' is THE keyword for the (domain reg) business, 'name' is to general, :imho: .

RegisterPal.com - just sounds better to me...

Look at the market!

RegisterPal is far superior...

...because the vast majority of registrants are relatively uninitiated! They need a Register Pal to help them with the process.

RapidNames is great! Nevertheless, RegisterPal says "Register" and "I'll help you" whereas RapidNames are "fast names" and the market segment that buys a LOT of names already has a registrar (or three), and we all know that speed is essentially the same - now.

IMHO

Rapidnames.com!

It sounds original and unique to me. Uniqueness makes you stand out of the crowd. Whereby registerpal, with the word "register" sound way too common to me. Furthermore, "register pal" doesn't make sense to me...Rapidnames gives me the impression of fast registration, fast customer service, fast domain push etc etc. So I'll vote rapidnames! Yesh rapidnames!

The most successful words in selling are extremely common:

you, proven, success, love -- common is good, and so is using the word register, that's what you're doing there!

- they're both very good names and could be developed with the same engine and different front ends

If it is so common, what makes you special from others? Companies like enom, godaddy, registerfly, snapnames, namecheap, why are they so successful and popular nowadays? Well, because they are unique and one of a kind when they were launched. Rapidnames sounds more professional and I'll keep my vote for it. Hehe...

I'm not very fearful of TM issues, but this sounds like a possibility:
i.e.- the people who own the "books for dummies" go after anyone using "...for dummies"
Might the evil do-ers over at PP have the same attitude?

Besides, I think RapidNames sounds better.

I voted for RapidNames.com

RegisterPal.com doesn't have quite the ring to it as RapidNames. Plus it's easier to spell considering all the misspellings of regester.

For some reason I see domain names paddling a little boat on some white water.
