Just curious how many people are running YouTube videos on their sites (via script, etc.) and also running Adsense or affilate programs on the sties?

Do the YouTube terms of service/use allow for this?

This is the section on their "Terms of Use" that had me curious . . .

F. YouTube permits you to link to materials on the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. In addition, YouTube provides an "Embeddable Player" feature, which you may incorporate into your own personal, non-commercial websites for use in accessing the materials on the Website, provided that you include a prominent link back to the YouTube website on the pages containing the Embeddable Player. YouTube reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the YouTube Website at any time.

Yeah, so it's a violation. Assuming I have actually signed up for youtube and agreed to their TOS versus just going and grabbing the video feeds.

i guess that's one way to make it work. if anything, they will probably need to manual go in and block feeds to your website. but then again a new domain's less than $10 a pop so i doubt they'll go through the trouble unless your site gets really big.
