hi,
eventhough i have haunted this forum for some time now i am not seriously into the domain name buying/selling business.guys please help me out with this one

if in a condition where i like to register a domain name called widget.com and it was unavailable in all famous tlds (net, org, biz, info, com,us) what would be the next best option

1widget.com or widget1.com .... or what suffix or prefix would be the next best option..i dont want to add a whole word as a prefix or suffix since the widget i am looking to register itself is a huge word

thanks
regards
timothy

the question you had to ask yourself is, do you need all the big tlds? Are they a requirement, or do you just need the prime .com/.net if they are available to you? Getting only the ones available (if that is .com/.net I should say) I'd always prefer the domainname, rather the domainname with some weird prefix..

i am not interested in widget .. widget is a common word used ask an example... i am trying to register a domain name based on a single word that has already been taken..so i am trying to know if a single aphpabet or number SUFFIX or a single alphabet or number PREFIX is better

thanx
