    This could be anything:

    1) Research the right domain
    2) Finding cheap domain registration coupons
    3) Doing the right Google search to find the leads
    4) Using Twitter/LinkedIn for sales
    5) Searching Google with "" or something
    6) Using smart tools
    7) Someone mentioned creating Gmail id by adding +1 after the username. You don't need to create one.
    8) Quick outbound flip
    9) Building a good portfolio by acquiring on auctions
    10) Spotting the right names on NamePros marketplaces
    11) Expired domain strategy
    12) Specific extension investor
    13) Being a good broker
    14) Flipping to domainers in bulk

I believe that I am good at finding the right geo-domains available and quickly flipping it by using the right keywords, searching on Yellow Pages.

What's your special technique? Could be anything. Not necessarily from the list.

    PATIENCE is your greatest asset.

Many a "million dollar" domains have been sold for pennies on the dollar because the seller doesn't realize the worth of the domain.

    Practice Patience.

Turn most suitors away. If you give them the time of day, you're playing into their hands.

Trust me, the time will come when the buyer will pay handsomely for your asset.

But if you give it away for cheap, you will never reap the rewards.

I agree with you on this.
Without patience you rush selling domains for a small amount instead of its maximum potential.Aside from that you are also prone to unethical ways just to get a sale.

    Absolutely necessary in any business

100% agreed. Patience is the game in domaining.

Very necessary again! Unless you sit down and learn what sells, you won't become good at it.
