I've been searching for a domain to develop that supports the police over the likes "Black Lives Matter" and "Antifa", and I think I've discovered it here;

ThinBlueShield.com

As a business guy I know exactly how to monetize it. Now all I need to do is find the time.

What's your latest domain that you would like to see developed....Showcase, and lets discuss(y)

What is your plan to develop and monetize?
And how will you drive traffic?

Just want to listen to your idea.
I would love to hear your exact idea.
Here's the Plan;

1st. Find a partner, in this case my neighbor a Master Sargent with the Virginia Beach Police Department, and if that doesn't pan out, partner with the city to develop a website. 2nd Make and sell "Thin Blue Shield" signs for people to place them on their property for protection from criminals who may want to rob or vandalize their home. Signs would sell anywhere from $5 for a sticker sign to go in a window to $20 for a stand alone sign that would go in your yard. Markup would be 100% ie. the window stickers would cost me $2.50 to make, and the yard sign about $10 to make. We may also have tee shirts made with the Thin Blue Shield logo, in which case the tee's would sell for around $20 and cost $5 to make. A good friend of mine has a tee shirt business and I'm very familiar how to make money in that business.

The fourth way to monetize "Thin Blue Shield" is to provide a kit in the form of a stencil to paint "Thin Blue Line" in a driveway. I intend to work with someone like Sherwin Williams to supply the kits that will run anywhere from $50 to $150 for a 100 foot driveway.

With regards to driving traffic, I plan to hire a technical source who I will give up to 30% of the business to in order to drive traffic via things like SEO, etc.

Furthermore, it's my plan to split profits with the Police for whom I'm developing this project. I only came up with the domain/name a few days ago so give me a little time. If down the road I wish to sell it and the price is right.....BAM!!!......domain and business sold:xf.wink:

Richard, you won't ever hear me saying you are a racists. I think that specific term is used quite loosely at the moment. Not a fan of that. I don't support anyone advocating anger, hate and violence. That includes BLM. Not a popular thing to say but there you have it.

What I do hate are people polorizing opinions. Everybody white is white privileged, everybody black is unprivileged. Personally, all I care for is:are you an asshole or do you want to contribute to society?

I have no doubt, despite of the fact your wording could be better, you have the right intentions. Regarding 'racism' that is.

As much as I strongly disagree with a lot on the 'nonsense' you post. I can tell you're not a racists, by reading between the lines, and actually think you have nothing but good intentions. People should give you a break regarding this matter. I don't think it's a good subject to dive into right here, right now. Feel free to discuss in private (DM) anytime.

Regarding everything else, you have the time and money to waste on dreams that are as likely to work out in your favour as buying lottery tickets. For you that may be a nice game to play, for a lot of people, especially given the fact Corona is crushing the economy, it isn't.

Again Rich, it's nothing personal. May I ever be in the area close to you I would love to meet up and enjoy a nice whiskey. Given your 'life experience' and my 'youth' I'm sure we would enjoy the company.

Domaining wise however, I think we will always disagree and I hope your won't resent me for calling you out whenever I feel there's reason for it. Even though I think you're crazy as fuck at times (pardon my french) I respect you as a human being and have nothing personal against you.
Thanks Derrick...now meeting and "enjoying a nice whisky" really isn't necessary. Did you see or read about my plans to develop DiscoverScotch.com? It's all about "Virtual Tasting" where you and I can have a toast and taste single malt whisky from your home to mine....and we can even see each other while we're joking and getting to know each other. Do you know what I'm talking about? No doubt you and I could have a pretty good time, and now that you're beginning to understand me, we might even make pretty fod partners. That's all I have for now Derrick, but thanks for reading between the lines about the likes of Don Lemon of CNN calling me a racist because I'm not a Democrat (not a Republican either), and I don't fit the mold or narrative of a left, liberal or socialist agenda. btw, I'm not a liberal or a conservative either. I like giving the right hell when they deserve it and the left hell when they deserve it.

Thanks again for sharing your honest feelings Derrick, and when we get DiscoverScotch.com up and zooming maybe we can get together and toast to life, fun and laughter. Cheers(y)

wow. good luck.
Thanks blogspotter....despite what a lot of my critics here on NP think, many of my domains and development plans evolve over time. For example, while surfing the net last night for "striping" for parking lots and driveways for my domain thinBlueShield.com, I ran into DriveWayArt.co. Remember I said I wanted to "paint" thin blue lines on driveways in support of the police? Guess what, Torrie Savage who also happens to own the domain TheSavageWay.com founded DrivewayArt® and she hails from Charlotte, NC near where I started my first business while in college in 1969. btw, I already have an email and Linkedin invite out to her to connect.

The reason I'm sharing this is because it's a PERFECT example for "outbound marketing". And speaking of "perfect", hows the domain "TheSavageWay.com" for Torrie Savage and her businesses.

Finally, speaking of "evolving", I also own a domain that I'm looking to develop, DiscoverScotch.com, a "Virtual Tasting" business. Virtual Tasting evolved as a result of Covid-19, and me knowing personally the KingOfScotch.com. One of the hurdles we needed to overcome was/is how would tasters get select single malt whiskies to their homes to taste virtually? Guess what again:xf.smile:....Covid-19 to the rescue. Restaurants and Bars all over the country are selling curbside, and delivering mixed cocktails/drinks. Why not drams of Single Malt Whisky:xf.wink: Personally I can't wait to share this epiphany with my partners because it turns out to be a huge solution/answer to a major hurdle to overcome.

That's it for now blogspotter. Thanks for your inquiry.

Rich, it seems your plans always rely on finding partners who can do all the work. Is it possible that's why these businesses are never getting off the ground?

Be patient my boy...Rome wasn't built in a day. And why tell a LIE that I'm planning on finding a partner to do ALL the work. Where in the world did you ever get that impression, or did you just make it up:xf.rolleyes:
