Because it's not available in our neighborhood yet. We are only a couple miles away from the service area, and it's very frustrating. There are some things we can't even do online because many sites are designed for high speed.

OK, I managed to do that speed-test now.. Seems like my connection is a bit slower than usual, but I ain't complainin' (then again, that last line seems to suggest I should!?) :
