.mobi Your appraisal of MilitaryLoans.mobi?

I registered this one way back when. I was wondering if you all had opinions on its value at this stage in the game?

The OVT is 37736 for "military loan(s)". From having served in the Army I know that those in the military are often moved about and don't have easy access to a computer, so I can see them looking for military loans from their mobile phone.

Any opinions from my fellow mobi enthusiasts?

I think it is a good pickup. I think to make an honest contribution with this name, however, it would be great if you could offer personal reviews of some of the loans, or have visitors discuss the different programs. There's a reason why there are so many payday loan type places on the outskirts of a lot of military bases. Companies know that a lot of new military members are easily sucked into loans based not on collateral, but on "your service to our country." Just by looking at the google results for Military Loans, I can see quite a few sites that I would hesitate to apply to. So if all your site had was a bunch of links, I would be disappointed.

Still nice name, keep up the good work!

I'm glad you mentioned that. While I want to monetize this name at some point in the future, I also want to provide information on how bad those "payday" loans really are. Many people in the military just get sucked into a bad cycle with those.

That aside, any appraisals?

I would first research all potential ™ and other legal issues, etc. and then see if there is any reasonably likely interest here at the End user level for the same .MOBI, IMHO. Please keep us posted if you persue this route! :talk:

Righto, since you consider it to be one of your better .MOBI's and you're now planning on developing it ... the Wholesale appraisal aspect is moot, IMHO. Your first-hand, educated comments regarding its development, "From having served in the Army I know that those in the military are often moved about and don't have easy access to a computer, so I can see them looking for military loans from their mobile phone" should help you build and then market the site in an unique and compelling mobile fashion! :yell: :tu:

I actually already built a little mini site months ago using mobisites galore and it recieves about 2 uniques a day from mobile browsers (59 uniques last month). If I don't sell the name I will revamp the site at somepoint in the future when I get time. I have a lot of development projects going at the moment and just added one more this evening

I'm still interested in the wholesale value of this name as I could use some funds at the moment and for the right price I might sell this one.
