I just bought this domain. I would appreciate any advice towards the valuation or potential.

I'm not feeling it man. A "you are an adult now" type site is probably the only option. And the content of such a site (bars, nightclubs, etc...) really should be fitted to a much wider demographic.

Another kind of shady idea would be a site about fake ID's.... "You are 21!"
