Hey there.. I bought itstoosuite.com as an idea for a travel site...

i am seeking any insight or advice.

Sell... Build.. Value.. Broker... This is all new to me

As I was learning more and more towards building its the site I also realized that it would be a great "information technology specialists" niche too

I think it could be a hotel/accomodation website.
Although people may tend to disagree, I personally find this one very valuable.
So, I believe, this one in particular can be developed.

there might not be companies willing to pay, but if you wish to set up an aggregator website, this could be a good domain!

I think TooSuite .com is a solid pun brand. I think adding "its" really hurts the value as a brand.

If you build a site that is what will have value. As a stand alone domain I am not seeing it.
