Ever since YouTube.com has gained the popularity that it has, I've slowly seen a lot of domains with the prefix You become unavailable. My question - is this the new prefix dejour (i.e. YouDomain.com, YouAlert.com, YouBelieve.com, etc...)? Afterall, Time's person of the year is You. Your thoughts, opinions are encouraged.

I do not think so. Most of those purchases are just speculation purchases. However the prefix of you has always been very popular. And the you has to agree with the rest of the name. Hence in my mind "youdomain" just doesnt sound right. But you never know.

Well, I have YouAdult.com and got some nice offers so far.
Anyway the "youtube" concept changed the genral keywords thinking.
I mean people looking now for more brandable names than ever.
